Michael Bernardi
Business Operations Manager
Michael Bernardi powers the engine of And That’s Showbiz, ensuring that every system, process, and project operates with precision and creativity. As a former Broadway performer, Michael knows firsthand the high stakes and magic of the stage—and he brings that same energy to optimizing businesses behind the scenes. A seasoned startup generalist, his expertise spans system design, business development, and project management, honed through leadership roles at Spacious, WeWork, Traci Allen Experiential, Capsule Pharmacy, Hone Health, Blender Workspace, and Workplayce.
Michael’s dual passion for performance and operations has fueled his ability to build scalable systems, streamline workflows, and drive impactful strategies. At ATS, he fuses his artistry and business acumen to create seamless operations that empower the team to amplify Broadway brands where fans engage most.
Ashley Chiu
Communications Manager
Ashley Chiu has experience working with boutique and mid-sized teams to direct the adoption of new tech stacks, paired with her storytelling ability as an actress, have made her the secret weapon of any organization she finds herself at the heart of. Ashley believes that artists are capable of so many things, and loves that she gets to use both her artistic and operational skills on a daily basis.
Ashley is also an artist who has worked on Broadway, Film and Television. Notable credits include the Once Upon a One More Time, KPOP, and the national tour of A Chorus Line.
Meghan Miles
Account Manager
With a dynamic background in musical theatre, Meghan has blended her creative expertise into the fast-paced world of social media marketing.
At ATS, she channels her passion for storytelling and trend-spotting into crafting content that’s not only consistent and engaging, but also deeply impactful. As Broadway continues to embrace social media as a vital bridge between artists and their audiences, Meghan is excited to be part of this ever-evolving journey—shaping how stories are told and experiences are shared in the digital age.
Before joining ATS, Meghan built a portfolio featuring a diverse array of brands and clients ranging from mental health companies to Broadway podcasts, global women’s health organizations, pioneers in the wedding industry, and managing the personal social media accounts of many actors. Her versatility and creative vision have made her a go-to expert for developing social media strategies that resonate with audiences and spark meaningful conversations.
Imani Russell
Account + Community Manager
Imani Russell is a multi-hyphenate artist from Brooklyn, NY with a passion for all things theatre. They come to ATS with experience both onstage and off, utilizing their skills as an actor and writer to develop unique brand voices and media. As social media continues to grow as a theatrical tool, Imani works with a community-forward approach, and a desire to utilize this tool to connect new generations and audiences with a centuries-old medium.

Mackenzie is a soon-to-be graduate from Arizona State University where she studied both Film and Digital Audiences. Throughout her college career she has worked in social media management, film distribution, and entertainment journalism. Her expertise is in social media content creation/management, video editing, community management, and audience behavior/metric analysis.
