Katharine Quinn

Founder & CEO

Katharine Quinn helms And That’s Showbiz, a multi-faceted Broadway media company. Taking a digital-first and fan-forward approach, ATS specializes in amplifying the magic of Broadway beyond the four walls of the theatre. Ashley Chiu

Account Manager

 Ashley Chiu has experience working with boutique and mid-sized teams to direct the adoption of new tech stacks, paired with her storytelling ability as an actress, have made her the secret weapon of any organization she finds herself at the heart of.  Ashley believes that artists are capable of so many things, and loves that she gets to use both her artistic and operational skills on a daily basis.

Ashley is also an artist who has worked on Broadway, Film and Television. Notable credits include the Once Upon a One More Time, KPOP, and the national tour of A Chorus Line.

A multi-hyphenate with a background in theatre and filmmaking, Esther is passionate about creating strategies that bring together the power of storytelling and connecting with an audience.

Esther graduated from New York University with a degree in Drama, and Emerson College with a Masters in Digital Marketing with a focus on Social Media and Digital Public Relations. With experience in the non-profit arts and culture sector as well, Esther utilizes a human-centric, community forward approach to their work.

Imani Russell

Associate Account Manager + Community Manager

Imani Russell is a multi-hyphenate artist from Brooklyn, NY with a passion for all things theatre. They come to ATS with experience both onstage and off, utilizing their skills as an actor and writer to develop unique brand voices and media. As social media continues to grow as a theatrical tool, Imani works with a community-forward approach, and a desire to utilize this tool to connect new generations and audiences with a centuries-old medium.

Connor Macchi

Account Manager + Data Analyst

Connor is a multifaceted artist with a background in theatre and business. He graduated from James Madison University with a major in Musical Theatre, as well as a double minor in both Business and Economics. He has always had a drive to intersect the creative and quantitative sides of his brain, and working with ATS has only fueled this. 

At ATS, Connor aims to create a unique blend of artistic insight and strategic thinking. In doing so, specializing in creating engaging content and innovative marketing campaigns that have a “fan-forward” way of connecting with users. As social media continues to be ever present in our daily lives, Connor would like to bring the magic that comes on the stage to the people that fuel the industry, the theatre-goers. In bringing together his love for performance and his motivation for curating compelling content, his hope at ATS is to bring both creativity and analytical expertise to the ever-evolving world of social media.

Grace Murrell

Associate Account Manager + Community Manager

Grace is a Communications graduate with a love for all things theater. With previous experience in the entertainment industry, she’s skilled in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, social media marketing, and event coordination.

Grace is driven by a passion for connecting audiences to Broadway, hoping they’ll be as inspired by the magic of theater as she has been.

Lex Miller

Partnerships + Account Manager

Lex Miller is a New York–based content producer, event coordinator, and host with experience creating fan-forward campaigns and theatrical media across multiple high-profile accounts.

As a performer and creator, she knows firsthand how powerful community and fan connection are in the theatrical space. She blends creative storytelling with precise execution to produce engaging digital content, red carpet coverage, and partnerships that connect audiences to the theatre they love.

Lex is also an award-winning actress and the founder of Lex is More Boutique.

Mason Bray

Account Assistant

Mason is a lifelong Broadway fan that never grew out of the stage door thrill. Originally from Southern Indiana, he knows the impact and importance of the digital presence beyond the stage that inspires a connection with fans.

Now based in NYC, Mason is a student at Pace University studying Arts & Entertainment Management while also serving as Student Government Association President.

At And That's Showbiz, Mason works across several accounts assisting with making incredible ideas come to life not only online but in partnerships and event activations — all while providing a few laughs along the way.

Olivia Kuan-Romano

Creative Strategy Intern

As a NYC-based photographer, dancer, and multidisciplinary theatre maker, Olivia is passionate about capturing the spark that drives live performance — and preserving that magic both onstage and off. She was drawn to And That’s Showbiz for its mission to amplify theatre’s heartbeat beyond the stage. Now, she’s thrilled to be part of the collaborative chaos, working with a team that keeps theatre evolving, exciting, and accessible online.  

In life, OKR is earning her degree in Psychology and Dance at Barnard College of Columbia University and seemingly spends all her spare time in a black box. She’s spent the past few years diving deep into all things theatre—as a manager, choreographer, designer, and more—steadily building a career at the intersection of performance and production. From wrangling tiny divas at Broadway Workshop to producing Columbia’s oldest performing arts tradition, Olivia tackles every project with equal parts heart and hustle—and a meticulously color-coded Google Drive is always within reach.

Madison McBride

Partnerships + Account Management Intern

Madison McBride is a proud University of Michigan Musical Theatre graduate with a passion for connecting people through storytelling and digital media. As a performer and content creator, she understands the unique power of community and fan engagement in the Broadway space.

At ATS Madison supports content production, strategy, and research, with a focus on making theatre feel personal, exciting, and accessible. Whether she’s behind the camera or belting onstage, she brings big ideas, bold energy, and a Gen Z POV to every project.

Eli Tokash

Digital Production Intern 

Eli Tokash is a Digital Production Intern at And That’s Showbiz, where he merges his passion for storytelling with a growing interest in behind-the-scenes production. Accidentally growing up in the theatre opened his eyes to endless possibilities at a young age. Originally from a small town in West Virginia, Eli moved to New York City at the age of eleven to perform in 3 Broadway shows (A Christmas Story, Pippin, and Finding Neverland) and multiple national tours (Mary Poppins). His favorite projects were the development of iconic works like The Greatest Showman and Trevor, where he first discovered a love for creative development and producing.

Now a student at Pace University, Eli is pursuing a degree in Arts & Entertainment Management along with a Master’s in Business. His role at ATS allows him to blend both his experience and education, combining a love for Broadway and its community with a producer’s mindset and a passion for creating fan-driven content that resonates with artists and audiences alike.
